Refund policy
XEHKAP Refund Policy : We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: As our products are print-on-demand and made to order, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not accept returns due to sizing issues, so please refer to our size guide before ordering.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. For print-on-demand items with defects or errors, we will offer a free replacement or full refund — no return shipment required.

Exchanges Return the item and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-day cooling off period If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Item must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging.
Australia Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Refunds Once your return is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at xehkap.com@gmail.com.
